Bitrix24 Introduces Cowork/Code AI Agent for Corporate Task Automation and App Building

Bitrix24 has launched Cowork/Code, an AI application that combines file management, company data access, and application development inside a controlled corporate environment. The tool features an AI agent capable of executing multi-step workflows such as locating records, comparing documents, generating tables, and saving results to shared folders. It operates in two modes: Cowork for one-time tasks like overdue task reports or client preparation, and Code for creating reusable tools such as dashboards or notification bots. A memory technology called Radiant stores context from chats, tasks, meetings, and employee data to deliver more accurate, personalized responses over time. The platform addresses common risks of vibe coding by keeping code, data access, and distribution within the Bitrix24 ecosystem hosted on Russian infrastructure. A free tier provides limited usage, with paid plans required for sustained team operation.

Bitrix24 has released Cowork/Code, an AI application designed to let employees build working tools without programming experience while keeping data and code inside a managed corporate system.

The service installs on a computer and merges file handling, company data, and app development. An internal AI agent can carry out sequences of actions such as searching records, matching documents, building tables, and storing outputs in designated folders.

When a company already uses Bitrix24 for sales, tasks, and communication, the agent can generate summaries of overdue items or inactive deals, send chat messages, create tasks, or schedule meetings after requesting confirmation for any data changes.

Two operating modes

Cowork mode handles everyday work by comparing documents, preparing reports, and retrieving information within existing permissions. Code mode produces reusable applications such as department dashboards or notification bots that multiple employees can run repeatedly.

Users can start with familiar manual tasks to test the agent. Examples include comparing two contract versions and listing changes with links to specific clauses, compiling weekly sales figures by manager, or turning meeting notes into structured tables of requirements and deadlines.

Radiant memory feature

The Radiant memory system retains details from chats, calls, meetings, tasks, and employee records. This context allows the agent to answer requests such as analyzing team workload or creating a psychological profile of interactions without the user repeating background information each time.

Applications created in Code mode can be kept private, shared with selected colleagues, or published to a company catalog. Distribution occurs through Bitrix24 VibeCode on protected servers located in Russian infrastructure.

A free tier activates automatically and supplies five percent of Pro-level capacity. Once the quota is reached, requests pause until the limit resets or a paid plan is selected.
